💔 Hearing the story about the governor who killed her young dog horrified me. It reminded me of a moment with my wonderful rescue, Star. 🌟 While on a walk, Star bit me in an attempt to protect me from other dogs. This surprising incident led us to a dog psychologist who taught me a valuable lesson about leadership, understanding, and the importance of consistent training.
This experience made me think about the choices we make when we're driven by fear. What if, instead of reacting from a place of fear, and anger, we chose to act with courage and compassion? How many situations could be transformed by love and bravery rather than reacting with fear and anger?
🤔 I can’t help but wonder about the precious life of that young dog that was lost and how she might still be alive with a choice made from love and respect.
Treating our dogs with respect and giving them consistent and reinforcing training is very important. If we could be more like our trained dogs, we would have peace on earth.
