I know many of us are feeling a wide range of emotions due to the presidential election. I felt so discouraged that I went to bed at 4:30 pm to escape. In moments like these—full of questions, frustration, and heartbreaking news—it’s easy to feel ungrounded.
I keep coming back to a quote from the late Barbara Marx Hubbard: “Crisis is an evolutionary driver.” Her words continue to give me a sense of hope. They remind me that even in the darkest of times, there’s room for growth and transformation. 🌱
Now feels like the right time to reconnect with our inner light—a light that, even in uncertainty, and despair can bring clarity and hope.
Imagine the power of recognizing this light within ourselves and seeing it in others. Let’s refuse to give in to despair. Let’s be that steady, resilient force, letting our inner light guide us and those around us.
Just like the little engine🚂 that could, we must keep chugging along, believing, “I think I can, I think I can.” Together, we can make a difference, step by step, with kindness, hope, and community.
